Prom! : The Musical

Skylar slowly made her way over to her usual locker and let out a soft sigh as she brought her bag out of the locker. She grabbed her clothes and began getting undressed. Before many people came into the locker room she quickly put her usual t-shirt and shorts on and placed her favorite pair of boots on. "Comfy at last..." Skylar mumbled under her breath as she put her leather jacket on over her t-shirt. She grabbed her bag and swung it over her shoulder and walked out of the locker rooms slowly, letting out a small yawn. "I guess I'll wait for them by the door."

Flora laughed a little and walked over to Lilith's desk. "It's fine Lilith, I'll make sure it gets taken care of! The old fart probably won't even remember what happened in the first place. He isn't the smartest teacher I've ever met." Flora said chuckling a little. "Plus I feel like you'll want to be more free and do your own thing instead of sitting in detention. Alister will probably be happy to hear that this was all taken care of too." Flora said happily.

Jon heard Terance say something to him and he shrugged slightly. "I might go, it all really depends. No one will probably ask me to go with them so I'll just end up going for food or something." Jon said, letting out a soft sigh in defeat. "What about you? Are you going?"

"Yeah, I sweat a lot during gym.. as you can tell, I take gym very seriously!" Chaz replied to Auggy. Staying healthy was very important to Chaz. Chaz opened his gym locker and started getting undressed. He blushed when Auggy asked him about prom. "Well," Chaz began. "I'm not really sure if I'm going or not.. I don't know if I should.." He really didn't want to get asked by more than one person and have to choose.

Lilith laughed quietly. "I suppose your right." She replied. She never really knew why Flora was always so nice to her. It wasn't moderately nice, it was TOO nice. She always wondered how Flora felt towards her. She studied about it for a while, and guessed they were just BFF as teenage girls would call it. "Yeah, I guess so.. thank you again. This is too kind of you, really.." she said, continuing her homework. "Even though this is against everythin I believe in, you can copy my homework later.."

"Of course she will forgive you! She loves you! And I don't think she likes many people, and I don't think she would want to lose you! You're awesome!" Gavin-Boris said. He didn't talk to Lilith much, but when he did, she didn't seem very interested. But when she talks to Alister, she too interested. "I'm just happy to see you! I missed you so much.."

Auggy looked up at Chaz grinning still a little pink faced. "Well, just do whatever makes you happy, no one in the world could be mad at you for going with someone else. You should just ask someone I guess...you wouldn't want to miss out on prom." He says kindly to his friend. As he entered the locker room. "Skylar will probably being waiting for us."

Alister stopped hugging Gavin and just held his hand while smiling at him with a makeup smeared face. "I hope she forgives me soon." He states "I missed you too! I always miss you...I hate the classes I don't know anyone in and I'm forced to work with someone I don't know. Its scary....OH NO, I have to go get my school bag and the bells gonna ring in like 2 minutes!" He says

Terance looks at Jon emotionless. "Are you really gonna pay for a prom ticket just to eat, don't you have any friends you can hang out with." Terance said feeling a little bad for Jon, but Jon kinda brought it on himself being a creep and all.

Skylar looked around the hallway and pulled the bookbag strap over her more. She placed one of her hands in her jacket pocket and leaned against the wall and waited for the two to come out. "I hope they hurry up, I wanna leave soon. I'm supposed to go dress shopping too...I think." Skylar said to herself. She didn't know what kind of dress she wanted yet, but she was beginning to plan in her head. She was planning on getting some sort of red dress that was pretty long. Maybe a dress that showed off her back tattoo? "Maybe a low dip in the back...hmmmm..."

"Why of course! I usually get detentions for doing nothing in some classes, but it's all good. Just as long as I don't get in trouble for doing violent stuff I'm all good." Flora said happily to Lilith. She then suddenly heard Lilith say that she could copy her math homework. Oh god. Flora turned bright red and smiled happily, not believing her ears! "R-really?! Oh Lilith, I don't wanna take advantage of your work! If you want...maybe you can just help me instead! Maybe I'll be able to finish the whole thing this time!" She said happily. Lilith never offered this to anyone, and Flora couldn't believe that she was doing it now.

Jon shrugged slightly and placed his head into his hand. "Well why not? I get to dress up nicely and eat, it doesn't seem that bad to me. And I guess I could find someone to talk to for a little while. Although I probably won't get a dance...it'll be okay though." Jon said, almost sounding a bit sad.

Chaz frowned a little bit. "I dunno, choosing is so hard. Maybe I should just go alone and hang out with all of my friends. I really don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.." he explained. He hated hurting anyone's feelings, he could never enjoy anything knowing that someone else is unhappy. Chaz quickly got changed and grabbed his bookbag. "Let's go see her!" He said as he walked out of locker room and towards Skylar.

"Well, I guess that's not too bad." Lilith said as she looked at the lock and started packing up her bookbag. "No, you can copy it. I really wouldn't mind. You deserve this for doing my this favor." She explained as she smiled at Flora. She pulled her bookbag over her shoulder, stood up and tucked some of her hair behind her ear.

"She will, I know she will," Gavin said. "Yeah, I don't like working with people I don't know very well.. Oh wait! Can I ask you something first?" Gavin quickly takes off his vest and rips his shirt in half. His chest has the word "PROM?" written across it. "May I escort you to prom?" He asked him, looking pretty nervous, even though he already knew the answer.

Auggy followed Chaz, "Sure if that's what you want to do" sounding slightly disapointed. "I don't know if I should go, I don't know who I would go with and I haven't been in a relationship since Skylar...I don't know if anyone would really want to go with me but you know its just one night." He says walking towards Skylar.

Alister grinned as Gavin reassured him she will forgive him. Then he watched Gavin open his vest. When he made out his chest said prom he turned bright red. He knew he would ask him but he is always doubting himself since sometime he feels he just drags Gavin down. He jumped up on Gavin and kissed him. "Yes!" He said as he snuggled up against him.

"I guess that's fun if you enjoy dressing up, I look stupid dressed up. I don't even know who to ask, the only people that don't drive me crazy are Lilith and Skylar but I don't love either of them. Oh well what happens happens. I don't give up so easily baby." Terance says

Skylar pulled her phone out of her pocket and played around with it. "Tch, nothing." She said in a monotone voice. She didn't expect anyone to text her, but she could still hope. She stuffed her phone in her pocket and looked up and smiled when she saw Chaz and Auggy walking towards her. "Hey guys, excited for this weekend?" Skylar asked blushing slightly. She was still excited to buy a dress, but after that excitement wore off she would begin worrying about the actual prom. "Have to guys uhm, decided what you're doing for prom?"

Flora pushed her head into her hands and blushed more at Lilith's response. "Nooo, you hold onto it! Besides, if you help me I'll be able to understand it more! That way I'll be able to do better in this class! Even though I think I have a low B right now..." Flora said, bringing her head out from her hands to look at Lilith. She watched her tuck her hair behind her hair and swallowed hard. "Oh yeah Lilith, are you gonna be doing anything for prom by any chance! I-I know that the girls and I are going along and getting dresses, so I was wondering if you wanted to go too!" Flora said happily. She knew that her and Skylar would be the only girls going, and of course Alister would probably end up going with them. She didn't mind though, she thought it was cute.

"I don't really know if I look bad dressed up or not. I haven't done it in a long time so who really knows?" Jon asked himself. "Yeah, I don't really think that Lilith would wanna go. And doesn't Skylar have the hots for that...muscular guy? That's half black or something? Who knows." He said in a disappointed tone of voice. It seemed like everyone but himself had someone.

"Well, I think you should go without a date or not! It'll be fun!" Chaz said happily. "Maybe going with Skylar would help you two look past what happened!" He explained. He saw Skylar and walked up to her. "Hey Sky!" He greeted her. "I'm pretty excited! And I'm not totally sure what I'm doing yet, I need to get myself together!"

"Well, whatever you want, Flora. I'll teach you at some point." Lilith said. Lilith heard Flora start laughing rudely. "Oh Flora. I will not be attending prom. Prom is not going to help me get a job in the future, and studying will. So I will be studying while you dance and probably grind up against others." She explained.

Gavin kissed him back. "I'm so excited! I'm so glad you said yes!" He said. "Oh, you should probably get your bookbag. I'll meet you at your locker, okay?" He said with a very excited look on his face.

Auggy walking next to Chaz and hearing the suggestion of going with Skylar "No." He states kinda coldly. He then smiles at Skylar until he hears her bring up prom. "I don't know if I'm going is it really worth going to if nobody is gonna ask you and you don't know who to ask." Auggy shrugs "I don't know ill go alone if you guys do"

Alister bounced up and down like a happy little bunny. "I'm so happy you ask!" When Gavin brings up his bookbag that he completely forgot about. He freezes for a second "oh yeah! See you later!" He says while he hurries back to math class to grab his bag. He sits in his seat smiling and is about to tell Flora and Lilith but is to scared they are upset with him.

"You will look fine dressed up your tall and I guess average looking." He says. Then he thinks about Skylar and Lilith "yeah, they are both probably not gonna go with me unless I'm their stupid back up well I guess Lilith doesn't have first choice cause she probably won't go as you said..." the thought of being as alone as Jon was starting to freak him out

Skylar blushed when she heard Chaz call her by her nickname. "Hi guys!" She then scratched the back of her head and started to walk forward, expecting them to follow. "I think I'm going dress shopping this weekend. It'll be nice, I'll finally have time to look at some dresses." She then looked back at Auggy and shrugged slightly. "I guess you could just go for fun if no one asks...I'll probably just end up going regardless. I really wanna find a new dress to wear around." Skylar said. She wondered how date hunting would go.

"Yay! Cause this chapter is confusing me just a bit." Flora confessed, as she hung her head down low. She then heard Lilith laugh and her blush faded quickly. "I-I will not do that! I'm not like that at all!" Flora shifted between both of her feet and reached up to adjust the flower in her hair, not exactly liking where the conversation was going. "Does she even know I like girls in the first place?" Flora asked herself. "W-well, still...maybe you can come and look for a dress! Or even help me look for one! It would be a nice day out..." Flora asked shyly. She looked over at the door and smiled when Alister came back. She waved over to him and signaled for him to walk over.

Jon shrugged slightly and began to pack up his bag. "I guess so, I don't think I've ever worn a tux though. This time might be the first." Jon admitted. "Back up wouldn't be too bad actually. You never know, something like that could possibly fall into place in your favor." He said, as he stood up and put his bag over his shoulder and began walking towards the door.

Chaz frowned at Auggy's reply to his idea. He thought he came up with something good. Then he looked at Skylar and said "I can't wait to see what dress you'll get! Are you gonna get a tight dress that shows off your curves?" He giggled a little and began walking. He didn't really want to go alone, but choosing someone to ask was even harder.

Lilith continued to laugh to herself. "Trust me, most people don't believe that they are that type of person, but before you know it, you left your virginity back at prom." She explained. "Dresses look horrible on me. And I doubt I could help you find a dress. You are most likely me fashion forward than me."

Gavin-Boris watched Alister run off and smiled. "I am one lucky man." He told himself as he picked up the pass he brought in. He didn't really want to go all the way back to the health room, so he just placed in on the ground and walked out into the hallway.

"RNNNNNNG RNNNNNNG" said Mr. Bell.

Auggy smiled at Skylar trying to be friendly and follows the two of them. "Whatever, its just prom right?" He really didn't want it to sound like he really cared about prom though he did. He continued walking when he heard the bell ring. "Finally..." he says, he just wanted to get out of this place.

Alister goes over to Flora and Lilith "hi" he says to Flora and looks at Lilith hangs his head and say "hey" he turns his attention to the both of them "So what are you guys doing for prom." He says happily. He then hears the bell ring and starts walking out assuming they would follow.

Terance frowns at Jon "I don't want to be back up, its so I don't know that one word..." he says trying to pick a word that would fit. "Whatever prom is just extra stress and hate stress almost as much as I hate most people." He says frustrated. He put on his jacket and leaves the room as the bell rings

Skylar turned bright red when Chaz said that she should get a tight dress. "Well I might! I mean, I wanna find one with a low cut back...so I guess if they have a dress like that that's also a little tight I might get it!" Skylar said happily. She loves to dress up girly, especially in dresses. Even though she didn't get to do it often. Skylar smiled when she heard the bell ring, so she continued to walk ahead and started to walk towards the lockers. "Thank goodness, this day lasted forever."

Flora let out a soft sigh and pulled her hair farther past her shoulder. "I'm really not like that though..." She shrugged slightly and looked back at Lilith. "I don't know, you might be able to help me out in order to find one. What would happen if the others can't help me find one? Then I'll be stuck without a dress for prom. Plus right now, I don't eve have a date for prom. So far it seems hoooopeless." Flora said, making sure to drag out the hope. Flora started to walk over to Alister and smiled when she realized he seemed to be feeling better. "Alister, you're back! Did you end up meeting with Gavin-Boris?" She asked nicely. She then shrugged slightly and looked back at Lilith. "I'm not really sure...I'm trying to get this one to go to prom though. Doesn't seem to be working out well." Flora said, following Alister out the door.

Jon nodded and started to walk out of the classroom. "Yeah, I can understand that. It can probably feel pretty crappy too to know you aren't the first choice." He pulled on the strap of his backpack and started to walk over to the lockers. "Stress is horrible. Whenever I feel stressed I always make sure to go and exercise first."

Chaz looked at Auggy and said "but prom is so fun! You'll have a good time no matter what happens!" He was really hoping eveyone would have fun. He looks at Skylar and said "that'll be awesome! I really can't wait to see what you get!" he heard the bell ring and he smiled a bit. He was getting more and more excited for prom.

"Have you ever had a very attractive male act kind towards you and want to take advantage of you? Trust me, its irresistable. I would know, I read a lot." Lilith states. "You will find a dress, every dress would look fine on you." Lilith looked at Alister and said "hello." She heard the bell ring and said "I will not be attending prom! It is not benefical in any way!" She yelled, not wanting to talk about prom anymore. She looked up at Flora and stated "I am not going." Looking really upset at this point.

Gavin heard the bell ring and started walking towards his locker. He quickly threw his bookbag in his locker and ran to Alister's locker. He didn't want to be late to his locker.

Auggy kept walking with them "Yeah I guess prom could be fun." He said as he walked towards the lockers. "Do either of you even need to go to your locker?" Auggy rarely goes to his locker cause he didn't really have anything that big for any subjects.

Alister looked at Lilith disapointed, he was hoping she would step out of her comfort zone and just go. "...we'll I'm going..." he says softly seeing that this is a conversation that was angering Lilith. "I'm going to meet up with Gavin now!" He say happily as he makes his way to his locker. When he sees Gavin already there he runs over "Hi!" He says

Terance looking at Jon "Stress doesn't ever go away! Everything is stressful and exercise is stressful!" He says annoyed. Terance doesn't know why but he is always angry and stressed. "Who are gonna meet up with Gavin and Alister or something. Who are your friends?!" He asks

Skylar blushed and pushed her hair behind her ear so that her ear cuff was showing. "Do you want it to be a surprise for prom, or do you want me to send you a picture when I get it?" Skylar asked Chaz shyly. Now she was hoping that she could find the perfect dress. She then looked over at Auggy and shook her head slightly. "No, I don't think I need anything. I can just dump all of my things at my house. And it could be fun, I guess for the most part you have to...make it fun yourself?" Skylar asked.

Flora sighed sadly to herself. She was hoping that Lilith would end up wanting to go with her and could have a fun time with no studying involved. "Alright alright..." Flora said quietly, almost giving in. Flora looked over at Alister and smiled, glad to know he was going. "Oh yeah, we'll be able to hang out! Oh yeah Alister, would you wanna come dress shopping this weekend?" Flora asked as she continued to follow behind Alister. She saw Gavin nearby and smiled and waved at him. "Good to know you got my text!" She said happily, letting a small laugh escape her mouth. Flora then heard Lilith say that every dress would look good on her and she blushed slightly, but then frowned when she heard her continue to talk about boys. She quickly whipped around on her heel and grabbed Lilith by the shoulders. "Lilith, I like girls." Flora said blankly, as she quickly turned towards Alister and turned bright red. "Ahhh shit." She thought to herself.

Jon shrugged and walked over to the rows of lockers. "It can if you really try hard enough. You need to find ways to get rid of your stress." Jon said. He then flinched when he heard Terance starting to get mad at him. "What did I ever do?" Jon asked himself. "I-I guess I'll go and meet up with them..." Jon said. He didn't answer the last part since he...honestly didn't know who his friends were.

"It will be fun!" Chaz said happily. He wanted everyone to be excited as him about prom. He looked at Skylar and said "I'll wait to see it at prom! I love surprises!" He explained to her. He looked at Auggy and said "no, I don't have to go to my locker." He didn't have any homework, and even though he still had books in his bookbag, he didn't feel like putting them back in his locker.

Lilith looked at Alister and said "good for you." Then she watched as Alister went to go see Gavin. Lilith looked back at Flora, then felt her grab her shoulders. She heard what she said and turned bright red. She just stared at her for a few seconds with a blank expression on her face. "Y-you're a lesbian?" She asked, making sure she heard her right.

Gavin saw Alister and smiled. "Hi Ali!" He called out. He hugged him when he got close. Then he heard Flora and smiled at her and gave her a thumbs up. He looked back at Alister and asked "you excited for prom?"

Auggy smiled "good I don't have to go to my locker" he kept walking not sure where they should go at this point. Probably back home. "I'll go to prom with or without someone." Auggy says "so should we just go now?" He asks

Alister leaned his head against Gavin. Then he heard Flora bring up dress shopping and cocked his head "dress shopping?" He asks and then looks at Gavin unsuringly. But he let's out a huge smile when he hears Gavin bring up prom. "I'm super excited, its gonna be fun and you are gonna look so great!" He says. Then he watches the Lilith Flora scene play out.

Terance kept walking with Jon getting more frustrated for no reason "What should I do glue pasta to paper that would be so boring! Working out, if you don't try hard enough its just boring if you try it hurts! Why does everything have to be so stressful!" He says while kinda stomping his feet.

Skylar smiled when Chaz said that he wanted to wait. "You have such good patience! I have such horrible patience, I would wanna see it right away if I was you!" Skylar said laughing a little. She then looked over at Auggy and nodded. "Yeah, we should probably head out soon. I wanna get home and take a nap." Skylar said, yawning slightly.

Flora turned around again towards Lilith and blushed more. "Y-yeah, I'm a lesbian. I like girls." She said, not really sure how else to say it. She made a small little motion to Alister and Gavin hoping that they would help her out a bit. She was surprised that Lilith never figured that, but hey, at least now she knew. "But yeah Alister, you should go dress shopping with us! It would be fun to just get away for a little while and shop!"

Jon started to walk a little faster to try to get away from Terance. He didn't feel like getting yelled at at this point. He started to get closer to Alister's locker and smiled when he saw everyone gathered around. "If you really want to! Whatever makes you calm is what you should do!" Jon said nervously as he stood near the others. "Yeah, things can get really stressful...you just have to find something that isn't?"

Chaz was happy to hear that Auggy would go to prom with or without a date. He still didn't know what he was doing about the whole situation. Chaz looked at Skylar and said "I just feel like it would be the best time to see it!" Then he looked back at Auggy. "Yeah, I guess I should go home. Probably lift some weights or something." He said.

Lilith started thinking. She was trying to put everythin together. She was just looking around, then her eyes went right to Flora. "So.. uh.. I-I... uh..." she stuttered, not knowing what to say at this point. "How did I not know this? How could I not figure this out?" She asked herself out loud.

Gavin blushed at the idea of Alister going dress shopping. He looks at Alister and says "you should go dress shopping! It would be nice!" he thought it would be really cute. Gavin saw Flora do a little motion. He didn't know what was exactly happening between Flora and Lilith. He started walking over to them. "Sooo what's happening?" He asked.

Auggy nodded "Okay home it is, I guess I could just do nothing. Are we gonna get clothes for prom?" He asks Chaz "I bet the other guys need to go out and get stuff too" he says as he walked out the building. He then looked at Skylar "What girls are you shopping with, I mean like you don't have really any female friends?" He asks

Alister looking at Gavin was still kinda confused about wearing a dress but if Gavin wanted him to do he would. "You don't think I would look weird cause I'm a boy so I don't have a girl body..." he asks. He walked over with Gavin to Flora and Lilith. He wasn't sure what was going on but didn't bother asking cause Gavin already did.

Terance kept following Jon to the group of people. "...I don't know what makes me calm." He says as he notices almost everyone at Alisters locker, but Alister seemed fine. He then looks at Lilth and Flora "ugh Flora is gonna ask her first!" He says to Jon

Skylar smiled happily and began walking closer to the lockers where everyone was standing. "Yeah, then you'll get the element of surprise." Skylar said. She then looked back at Auggy and shrugged, since she wasn't sure who was still all going. "Well Flora invited me to go, and that probably means she'll try to get Lilith to go as well...and I think Alister is going? Who knows, Flora just told me that she was gonna try to get him to go." She said, pushing her hair behind her ears. "Who are you going shopping with?" She asked them both.

Flora cocked her head slightly when Lilith began to stutter. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner...I swore I did tell you before though! But anyway...at least you know now!" Flora said happily. She was hoping that Lilith wouldn't be mad at her, even though she didn't really care about sexuality and all of those things. She looked over at Gavin-Boris and blushed a little and say "Y'know...Lilith knows I like boobs now." She then leaned close to him and whispered "Help meee...I think I might have broken her..."

Jon chuckled a little bit and stood next to the lockers. "You have to try a bunch of different things to make you calm. Like maybe go for a walk? Or draw? Paint? Play video games? There's a lot of possibilities." Jon said calmly. He adjusted the scarf on his neck and looked over towards Lilith and Flora. He looked back at Terance and shrugged. "I don't know...I really don't think she'll even go. But if she ends up going, Flora must be a smooooth talker..."

"Yeah, I guess I need to get a tux for prom." Chaz said. Chaz started thinking about was color tux he wanted. He was leaning towards a white one. "I'll go shopping with all of our guy friends if they would want to! I don't know which ones would be going though.." He started wondering if Jon would be going, but he was too shy to ask.

Lilith would just stare at Flora and say "I-I don't think you have ever told be such a thing! I just.. thought you actually liked boys.. so I sounded like an idiot whenever I brought them up.." She looked at Gavin and Alister and turned bright red in embarrassment. Then she would say under her breath "I don't even have any boobs.."

Gavin would smile at Alister and say "you would look great! Trust me!" Then he would look at Flora, really confused. "She didn't know that?" And laugh a little. "How is she broken?" He asked, then looked at Lilith, and looked back at Flora and said "oooh.."

.Auggy looked at Skylar and shrugs "I don't know if the guys actually planned anything but you know they are all here now so maybe we can get something together." Auggy says while he tries to figure out what everyone is doing over there.

Alister smiling at Gavin says "okay, Ill get a dress. You are gonna look so good Gavin! You always looks so sexy!" He then continues to watch Flora and Lilith. Getting uncomfortable with the scene he stands closer to Gavin. "Should we do something?" He asks with concern

Terance looks at Jon "Whatever...I will just I don't know, what yoga or like meditate...just kidding I'm not a hippie!" He says. Then he notices how stressed Lilith looked and made his way over to her. "What is going on?" He asked her seeing that she was upset.

Skylar walked over to the others and scratched the back of her head, realizing that they probably walked over to a very awkward situation. "Uh, hey guys?" Skylar said. She wasn't sure what was going on, but she saw a flustered Lilith and figured something was a bit off. She looked back at Chaz and Auggy and shrugged, figuring that they didn't drop by at the right time. "Did we miss something?"

Flora frowned slightly and waved her hands around frantically. "No no no Lilith, it's fine! You didn't know! I'm just glad that you know now!" Flora said. She looked back at Gavin and sighed sadly and whispered "Yeah, I figured she wouldn't take the news that well but not like this!" She said sadly. She tugged down on her dress and blushed when she heard Lilith say she didn't have any boobs. "I forgot she isn't very confident about herself...well then, it'll be my job to make sure that she is!" Flora said to herself. She then looked over at Terance and frowned a bit. "Why now..."

"Well if you tried yoga it might actually help a lot. It is very relaxing, and I have to do it at the gym sometimes. It's nice for the body to stretch out and relax." Jon explained. He didn't understand why Terance didn't want to look into these options, but he didn't protest it. He watched Terance walk over to Lilith and saw how disappointed Flora looked. "Seems like he butted into that..." Jon said to himself, as he shifted himself slowly towards the others.
